What are the responsibilities and job description for the Drone Pilot position at Atlas Unlimited?
1. Drone based photograph collection by an FAA Part 107 certified drone pilot per Atlas Unlimited Requirements.
1.1. If weather or surrounding conditions do not provide safe or rational flying conditions as outlined by the FAA then surveys shall be rescheduled.
2. Visual survey of the electrical breaker panel(s) and electric utility meter.
2.1. Photo documentation of panel(s) with and without cover removed. Legible photos of labels/stickers and wiring.
2.2. Photo documentation of electric utility meter including close-up of entire meter enclosure and contextual photos of surroundings.
3. Completion of Site Survey Checklist (provided by Atlas Unlimited):
3.1. All photos and measurements captured as per checklist.
3.2. Indication of location of electrical panel(s) and meter on survey checklist.
4. Attic survey for structural member measurements
4.1. 360-degree photos of the attic at the access point
4.2. Photo documentation of measurements, if applicable
4.3. Documentation of measurements taken inside attic on the Site Survey Checklist
5. Exploratory check for sealed attic spaces (‘poke test’, drywall cut, light fixture removal, soffit check etc.)
5.1. Photo and written documentation of measurements taken during exploratory check.
Tentative start date for employment will be November 1st 2022 after completion of training. ALL pilots hired will be brought on as Sub-Contractors and will sign a Master Service Agreement. ALL pilots are required to have an FAA Part 107 certification to be employeed with Atlas Unlimited.

Pay: $150.00 - $300.00 per day
