Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and manage data to support operations
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer emails
- Communicate effectively with customers and drivers via phone and email
- Assist with document preparation and general administrative tasks
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned
Position Details:
- Employment Type: temporary, hourly
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours per week)

Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service or phone-based support is a plus
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners
