Atlas is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Finance team as the Sr. Financial Analyst of FP&A! The Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst will play a key role in driving financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting, along with the ability to provide actionable insights to support and influence strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide regular, detailed analytics of the business to drive improved profitability.
- Complete the company’s budgeting, forecasting and management reporting processes by working closely with business leaders to develop detailed financial models and forecasts based on business drivers.
- Assist with the monthly close process and review financial results.
- Develop, maintain and improve financial analytics for management highlighting key performance indicators and variances.
- Create complex financial models to analyze various scenarios, assess potential risks and opportunities, and support decision-making.
- Analyze cost drivers and identify areas for cost optimization.
- Partner with the business units to provide actionable financial insight to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.

Qualifications
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline is required. CPA or MBA is preferred.
- 5 years of FP&A-related experience, or equivalent combination of both education and experience are required.
- Knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Power BI and/or other reporting platforms is desired.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in advanced Excel functions, as well as Business Acumen, Decision Making, Reasoning Abilities, and Communication Skills are required.
