Atlas International is seeking an International Transportation Coordinator III to join the customer service team in Evansville, Indiana!
Key Responsibilities:
- Book transportation services Ocean Freight, Container Drayage, Linehaul (Air Freight as needed) within vendor guidelines (competitive prices, reciprocity, performance, locality) and update Move coordinators. Prioritizes workload based on urgency and importance.
Create and send accurate documentations such as AWB, Master Bill of Lading, House Bill, Export Declaration by carriers (CBP), etc. and send all pre-alerts and instructions as related to transportation booking in timely manner.
Research rate components, obtain rates, create/ quote rates, and rework rates as needed. Maintain and update rate resources and build positive relationships with external service providers. Respond to all rate requests in timely manner and confirms inbound rate tariff. Invoice approval of services contracted.
Communicate effectively with all parties (internal and external as appropriate) to resolve problems and issues to ensure customer satisfaction and updating coordinators of status changes as appropriate (i.e. additional charges, survey results and requests).
Ensure MoveWare system is updated with all pertinent dates, notes, and documentations on timely basis.
- Assist Director of Pricing on projects as assigned. This may include: review and filing of rates for GSA, Aramco, and Acadia; TSA Regulation review, implementation and audit procedures; and training of new hires and support personnel.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications
What You'll Need:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 5 years of job-related experience, or equivalent combination of both education and experience are required.
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Computer competency, specifically with Microsoft Office products such as Word Processing and Excel
