Job Summary: Billing Assistant is an administrative support position open in our Finance department. This individual will be highly detail oriented and motivated with experience using Microsoft Excel to assist in daily efficiency tracking and preparation of monthly client billings. They will compile weekly reports, as well as monthly billing packages by utilizing our timecard, purchase order, and accounting systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Efficiency Reporting - Assemble daily efficiency reports for distribution to mgmt. team
- Billing Preparation & Analysis – Prepare monthly client invoicing and assist with reporting and analysis
- Data Entry – Inputting and updating data into systems and databases.
- Quality Control – Ensures the quality, consistency, and accuracy of data input

Job Requirements:
Knowledge/Experience:
- Financially focused work experience
- Combination of experience and education will be considered
- BA/BS, preferably in finance, accounting or math related field
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Knowledge of AgCode, Oracle, Famous software is a plus

Physical:
- Must be comfortable with sitting for 6-8 hours in front of a computer.

- Must be able to travel.
