Objectives:

• Know and understand the Core Values, Mission Statement and Vision Statement of Atlas Woodworks LLC. Demonstrate alignment with company values both on and off duty.
• Utilize Procore effectively to enhance project clarity, transparency, and opportunities.
• Understand the Scope of Work (SOW) for solid surface projects by evaluating specifications, blueprints, and construction documents.
• Prepare daily target/action lists to optimize labor, equipment, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to schedule labor and materials in alignment with project timelines.
• Fabricate and install solid surface items (materials such as Corian and Formica) with precision, meeting project deadlines and quality standards.
• Interpret blueprints and construction documents to grasp project scope and requirements comprehensively.
• Plan and organize job sites to maximize productivity, overseeing equipment, materials, and labor.
• Conduct rigorous quality control checks to ensure craftsmanship excellence and compliance with specifications.
• Uphold safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Review safety requirements regularly and coordinate with Safety Managers as needed.
• Communication and Documentation:
• Maintain clear communication with project managers, superintendents, and team members.
• Accurately report hours worked, production, discrepancies, and completed tasks to supervisors.
• Document all processes meticulously and provide regular progress updates.
• Professional Relationships and Teamwork:
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with job site superintendents.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrating strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Manage an organized work area, ensuring all Atlas Woodworks vehicles and equipment are well-maintained.
• Ensure all activities align with the agreed-upon plans and specifications.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Education and Experience

• Minimum 3 years of solid surface experience

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 100lbs, perform work overhead and work on your knees for periods of time
• Must possess good hand eye coordination
• Must demonstrate manual dexterity
• Must be able to work while standing/walking for 8 hours

Required Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Minimum 3 years of solid surface experience
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must have a reliable vehicle
• Must complete and pass a Knowledge and Skills test

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
