Our team is committed daily to winding the world's motors and pumps! Technicians repair electric motors, pumps, generators, and gearboxes for municipalities and Fortune 500 businesses throughout Virginia. We rewind, overhaul, rebuild, and provide field support on a 24/7 emergency basis.
This position is a 12-24 month introduction to an electro-mechanical career (such as winder or machinist). At the conclusion of the introductory vocational program the team member will enter a trade specific apprenticeship to develop their skills in the selected program. No experience required but mechanical aptitude is a must.
Job Requirements:
- Must be self motivated, requiring minimum supervision
- Adhere to procedures and prepare and maintain records
- Use hand, and power tools, common to assembly operations
A Multi-skilled Apprentice is required to perform and obtain knowledge and working experience.
Compensation and Benefits:

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
