Overview
Atlassian is looking for a GenAI Solutions Sales Executive to drive our Artificial Intelligence offerings to market successfully as an overlay to our high-touch Account Executive teams. Our team will provide customers with strategic leadership in how they transform their workforce by leveraging AI solutions to accelerate business outcomes. This leadership includes close collaboration with the sales, solution engineer, product, and marketing teams to develop and execute tactics for successful customer change management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of AI industry trends, and the ability to effectively prioritize efforts to optimize for maximum territory impact.

What You'll Do
- Drive growth in GenAI sales by effectively executing and iterating upon our go-to-market strategy in a highly dynamic market.
- Develop and execute territory plan to sell to customers based on their business needs.
- Quantify business impact of investment to deliver value oriented proposals.
- Strategize with customers on change management tactics to ensure solution is adopted broadly.
- Establish and maintain relationships with senior-level clients, particularly C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Lead the sales cycle from opportunity identification to closing, managing various stakeholders.
- Serve as a customer advocate, relaying feedback to enhance solutions. Share the insights acquired with the entire team, including the product, marketing, and sales / solutions leadership teams.
- Accurately forecast and report on revenue opportunities and track deal progression.
- Collaborate with channel partners to create tailored solutions that effectively tackle the unique challenges faced by clients.

To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are :
Zone A : $180,900 - $241,200
Zone B : $162,800 - $217,100
Zone C : $150,100 - $200,200
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
