As Atlassian’s Head of Products for AI-Driven Developer Experiences, you will help define and lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our portfolio AI experiences, tailored to developers and the teams they work within. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and user-centered design to deliver innovative products that simplify and enhance the software development lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and design, to drive product excellence and market adoption.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership :
Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Atlassian’s AI solutions for developers.
Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to develop scalable AI solutions that solve developer pain points.
Engage directly with customers and the developer community to understand their challenges.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and adoption.
Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. The baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are :
Zone A : $255,200 - $340,200
