Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $108,000 - $144,000
Zone B: $97,200 - $129,600
Zone C: $89,600 - $119,500
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

Responsibilities
This is a remote position. To help our teams work together effectively, this role requires you to be located in the US.
What You'll Do
- Take ownership of global payroll related month-end activities including journal entries, accruals, estimates, and reconciliations
- Perform variance and flux analysis on employee expenses, benefits costs, and various payroll balance sheet accounts
- Assist in audits by preparing PBC schedules, compiling supporting documentation, and offering detailed insights into payroll processes to facilitate both internal and external audits
- Collaborate with Payroll Operations, FP&A, Tax, Legal, HR and other cross-functional teams to gather data, improve processes, and support business needs
- Participate in projects and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements or new implementations
- Identify process improvement, automation opportunities and implement solutions to help improve efficiency and reduce risk
Your background
- 5 years of experience in Payroll accounting, GL accounting, or a related area. Global Payroll Accounting experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency in large ERP system (Oracle Fusion, Workday)
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in data analysis
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and challenging the status quo
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities
- Must be comfortable working with a remote manager and global team
