We are hiring for two positions at a family trailer park in Yuma, AZ: a Full-Time Trailer Park Manager and a Part-Time Assistant.
Position 1: Trailer Park Assistant (Part-Time, 4 hours/day)
Responsibilities:
- Assist with routine maintenance and repairs
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas
- Provide support to residents and assist with administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Experience in maintenance or property management is a plus
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Basic handyman skills preferred
Position 2: Trailer Park Manager (Full-Time)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure maintenance of the park
- Manage resident relations and handle tenant concerns
- Coordinate repairs, manage rental agreements, and supervise staff
- Maintain property cleanliness and landscaping
- Perform light administrative duties (e.g., paperwork, scheduling)
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Basic handyman skills (maintenance and repairs)
- Reliable with on-site availability
- Basic computer skills
Preferred:
- Experience in property or trailer park management
- Handyman skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry)

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience.
