Position Overview
Atlasticity is looking for a part time Sales and Marketing Support Admin . The performance efforts are divided into two functions : Supporting Sales & Growth and Marketing Operations Support. Together, these functions drive the company’s revenue forward and further our key partner relationships.
You will play the leading role in shaping business efficiency, improving processes, and delivering measurable results. You will focus on supporting the scaling of our business through continued evolution and improvement of our client experience from day 1, building our brand. You should have hands-on experience contributing to customer acquisition programs to drive sustainable and efficient customer acquisition cost.
What you’ll do :
- Sales Administrative Support
- Marketing Operations Support
- Special Projects
- Support Sales & Marketing related tasks in Partner Portals & CRM
- Conduct and oversee performance tracking and calibration on a daily basis to drive decision making around budget allocations and forecasts
- Support budgeting process for Sales & Marketing, including data gathering, forecasting and ROI assessments
- Coordinate logistics, vendors, communications and attend events and conferences
- Bridge between marketing and sales
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- 20-30 hours / week
