What do our Front Desk Assistants do?
- Arrive to work on time, every time
- Serve as the first point of contact for our office, providing a great customer service experience whether on the phone or in person
- Schedule appointments with our providers
- Gather patient information and answer any questions our patients may have
- Verify insurance coverage and proactively communicate payment information
- Assist with patient care as needed
- Serve as a strong advocate for chiropractic care
Front Desk Assistant Expectations:
You will create the first impression of our office. To be successful, you should be pleasant, healthy and dependable. Drama is NOT in your vocabulary - you are focused and in the moment. You provide exceptional customer service with confidence and expertise, helping us become more efficient in our resources and scheduling, and execute all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards. This is a great position for someone who is dependable, mature and looking for a few hours out of the house helping others. Chiropractic experience is a plus.
