Atlee Hall was founded in 1980 and is based in Lancaster, PA, representing clients throughout Pennsylvania. We have built and maintained a stellar reputation for our work in the areas of medical malpractice and products liability, handling all matters of complex civil litigation. We seek a candidate with 3-5 years of civil litigation experience, preferably with some knowledge of medical malpractice and/or product liability. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment with other lawyers and staff.
Duties and responsibilities would include research, writing, drafting pleadings and motions, court appearances, depositions, client interaction, medical record reviews, and meetings with experts. A J.D. from an accredited law school is required, accompanied by strong communication skills, superior legal acumen, and the ability to assist in the management of a complex caseload while fostering effective teamwork.
