Job Title: Care Coordinator / Scheduler
Full-Time | Remote (Must Reside in Denver Metro, CO)
About Atlee Home Care
Atlee Home Care is a fast-growing Non-Medical Home Care Placement Agency (Registry) based in Denver, Colorado, connecting experienced, compassionate caregivers with the people who deserve the very best care. We operate with a deep commitment to family values, flexibility, and excellence — both in the care we provide and in how we support the team behind it.
Job Overview
We’re hiring a Care Coordinator / Scheduler to support our expanding caregiver team. This full-time role is remote, but you’ll stay closely connected through phone and video calls with our Care Coordination Director and weekly team meetings.
You must reside in the Denver metro area. Occasional in-person meetings with facility staff and occasional shift coverage will be required.
Your primary responsibilities include making sure caregivers are scheduled properly and arrive on time — especially during weekday mornings and evenings, when after-hours issues may occur and require timely resolution.
You’ll also be available to temporarily cover a shift when a caregiver cancels last-minute or an emergent need arises, until a new caregiver can be assigned. This is a salaried position that requires someone who is calm under pressure, solution-focused, and eager to contribute to a growing, mission-driven team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor caregiver schedules across all clients
- Ensure caregivers arrive on time, especially during weekday morning and evening shifts
- Communicate directly with caregivers to fill open shifts quickly
- Respond to call-outs, no-shows, and emergencies with urgency and professionalism
- Occasionally, cover a caregiver's shift temporarily until a replacement is found
- Build and maintain strong relationships with caregivers, families, and facility partners
- Collaborate with the Care Coordination Director and participate in weekly team meetings
- Maintain accurate records using scheduling software and communication tools
Requirements
- Must live in the Denver metro area
- Prior experience in caregiver scheduling, healthcare coordination, or home care preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and follow-through skills
- Ability to remain calm and clear-headed under pressure
- Reliable transportation to assist with occasional in-person shift coverage or facility meetings
- Personal caregiving experience required
- Comfortable working from home and using remote tools (Zoom, Google Workspace, scheduling platforms)
Work Schedule
- Core work hours are Monday–Friday, with availability required for early morning (around 7 AM) and evening check-ins
- You’ll have flexibility during the day, especially when early or late issues require extended support
- We value responsible time management and trust you to take breaks as needed to stay balanced and refreshed
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $49,000–$54,000, based on experience
- $500/month health insurance stipend (paid as part of regular paycheck)
- 10 paid vacation days per year, plus 5 paid holidays
- Regular training, mentorship, and support from Atlee’s leadership team
- A mission-driven, supportive work culture with room to grow
