POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our service operations in the ATM industry. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional service delivery in the ATM services industry. They will lead a team, manage client relationships, and implement strategies to achieve branch goals. OBJECTIVES
- Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve branch targets.
- Manage and mentor a team of technicians and support staff, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Manage and mentor a team of CSMs to ensure high performance and professional development. Coordinate with CSMs to support business development efforts.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Monitor branch performance metrics and KPIs, preparing regular reports for senior management.
- Manage branch budgets, including expense control and revenue generation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring availability of necessary parts and equipment.
- Implement and maintain effective security protocols to protect assets and client information.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, provide updates, and address concerns.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and urgency.
- Participate in industry events, networking, and training to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- This role may require occasional lifting and moving of equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in both office and field environments.
- Travel to client sites and industry events may be required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
