Description
Essential Functions
This position will be assigned on a daily basis and as required by the need for the operation and/or manpower requirements.
- Enforce Safety and Company Guidelines
- Coordinate of Arrival and Departure wheelchair requests
- Coordinate of FIS (Federal Inspection Service) area (i.e.Post D, Meet & Greet)
- Maintain communication with dispatch and all management daily
- Maintain constant communication with CBP and CSR's
- Complete daily reports and attend staff meetings
- Assist passengers at the arrivals and departure levels including FIS
- Delegate subordinates
- Complaint Resolution
- Any other duties as required by the operations
Qualifications
- Must be proficient in English
- College Experience Prefered
- Airport experience a big plus
- Must have supervisory experience
- Able to stay overtime to get the work done in a timely manner
- Good customer service and telephone etiquette
- Must be able to stand/walk for 6-8 hours daily
- Great Customer and telephone etiquette
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to walk/stand 6 to 8 hours daily
- Must have valid CA driver license
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Must be able to legally work in the USA
- Ability lift, push a 350 lb and maneuver 50 lb
