Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports. This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis methodologies and proficiency in various programming languages and tools. The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting decision-making processes through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data findings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Utilize SQL for database querying and management to extract relevant information.
  • Employ programming languages such as Python or R for advanced data analysis tasks.
  • Implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of datasets.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of data integration processes using tools like Talend.
  • Support the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by providing analytical insights during project phases.
  • Document processes, methodologies, and findings for future reference.

Experience

  • Proven experience in data analysis with a strong understanding of statistical methods.
  • Proficiency in SQL for database management and querying.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is highly desirable.
  • Experience with business analysis techniques to align data insights with business objectives.
  • Knowledge of VBA for automation tasks is a plus.
  • Understanding of linked data concepts and their applications in analytics is beneficial.
  • Previous experience working with Talend or similar ETL tools is advantageous.

Candidates should possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $79,184.00 - $85,696.00 per year
