Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests during breakfast hours. You will prepare and serve breakfast items, maintain cleanliness in the dining area, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
Duties
- Prepare and present breakfast items in accordance with hotel standards.
- Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet, ensuring all food items are fresh and appealing.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
- Assist guests with their needs, providing excellent customer service throughout their meal.
- Handle food safely and adhere to food handling regulations.
- Operate kitchen equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery.
- Clean up after breakfast service, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Experience in meal preparation and food handling is preferred.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel environment.
- Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
