We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. Duties
- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and cooking equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, including washing vegetables and preparing ingredients.
- Support cooks and kitchen staff during busy times by bussing tables and ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene standards at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to management promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
- Experience in banquet settings or large-scale food preparation can be beneficial.
