ATMK Hospitality is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and cleanliness. This role is essential in providing a welcoming and hygienic environment for our guests. The Housekeeper will be responsible for performing various cleaning tasks, ensuring that all areas and guest rooms are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Duties

• Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment efficiently.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations within the facility.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping is preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with custodial duties in hotel or residential settings is advantageous.
• Must be physically capable of performing cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing high-quality service are essential.
