Key Responsibilities
- Establish positive patient identification and collect blood samples from all age groups
- Properly label blood samples for laboratory testing
- Provide high-quality service to patients and physicians by performing routine and stat collections within established time frames
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Medical Assistant or completion of phlebotomy program
- 1 year experience preferred
- BLS issued through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
