PRIMARY PURPOSE AND FUNCTION:

Exceptional Service: Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a satisfying experience.
Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and enhancing their shopping journey.
Product Expertise: Demonstrate extensive knowledge of products and services to offer expert advice and support informed purchasing decisions.
Immersive Environment: Contribute to an engaging and interactive venue atmosphere that captivates customers and enhances their experience.
Sales Facilitation: Highlight product features, benefits, and promotions to assist customers in making confident purchases.
Transaction Efficiency: Process sales transactions accurately, efficiently, and compliantly ensuring a seamless checkout experience.
Inventory Management: Support stock replenishment, merchandise displays, manage inventory to ensure product availability, organizational efficiency, and a compliant storefront.
Customer Feedback: Collect and communicate customer feedback to improve store operations and elevate the shopping experience.
Beverage preparation: Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
Cleaning: Clean and sanitize work areas, seating areas, equipment, and tools.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Guide and direct customers in their journey through our ATMOSPHERE
• Answer customer questions and concerns
• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Adhere to organizational guidelines & procedures
• Ensure organizational compliance in all transactions
• Assist with opening/closing of the venue

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & REQUIREMENTS:

• In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods (preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of all products carried in store (preferred)
• Impeccable customer service skills
• Retail experience (preferred)
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Must possess valid driver’s license or state ID
• Must pass any and all required background checks

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position works in a retail environment and work is mostly performed on the retail floor.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
You will be required to spend a majority of your time on your feet, walking the retail floor, and assisting customers. In addition, you will need to assist in restocking, moving/carrying boxes, and re-shelving items; this will require both lifting and bending to place inventory on the shelves in the retail space and inventory storage areas.

POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED WORK HOURS:
This is a full-time position (30 hours/week) or part-time (less than 30 hours/week). Days of operations are Sunday-Saturday. Your schedule will be pre-determined and provided as applicable.

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
