Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex electromechanical issues
- Perform regular maintenance tasks, including PMs and calibration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing constraints
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and quality
Requirements
- Minimum 1-year certificate or degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or relevant work experience
- Excellent mechanical aptitude, electronic knowledge, and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in PLC programming software, electrical measuring devices, and safety relays
- Experience with lathe, mill, and welding preferred
