About the Role
This position requires an experienced maintenance technician to join our team as an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes by diagnosing and repairing complex electromechanical issues. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve manufacturing challenges, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve our goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular maintenance tasks, including PMs and calibration
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex electrical and mechanical faults
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve manufacturing constraints
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and performance
Requirements
- Minimum 1-year certificate or degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or relevant work experience
- Excellent mechanical aptitude, electronic knowledge, and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in PLC programming software, electrical measuring devices, and safety relays
- Experience with lathe, mill, and welding preferred
