Pricing Team Lead

At Atmus Filtration Technologies, we are looking for a Pricing Team Lead to manage pricing processes, implement strategies, and drive accountability within our team at our Nashville, TN location. This role will play a critical part in ensuring accurate pricing, supporting new product launches, and enhancing our pricing operations for long-term success. The role is hybrid and requires 2-3 days in office per week.

Responsibilities

Pricing Data Management & Implementation

Maintain accurate pricing data in order management and pricing systems.

Ensure correct account setup, data verification, and ongoing tracking for all pricing functions.

Implement pricing changes and maintain a library of analytical programs.

Pricing Strategy & Optimization

Make pricing recommendations for new product pricing and price adjustments.

Execute pricing strategies for new products and market segments.

Lead pricing improvement projects, analyzing data to drive measurable outcomes.

Conduct pricing audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Customer & Internal Support

Act as a liaison between internal teams and customers, resolving complex pricing issues.

Manage FGD quotes, pricing discrepancies, suspended orders, and price realization reporting.

Lead aftermarket (AM) and original equipment (OE) price reviews.

Leadership & Team Development

Coach and mentor, a team of 1-2 Pricing Analysts, fostering professional growth.

Drive accountability within the team, ensuring efficient execution of pricing-related tasks.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, implementing new processes and programs.

Qualifications

Education

College, university, or equivalent degree in Finance, Marketing, Strategy, Accounting or a related subject required.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience

4-6 years of pricing experience in tangible products.

Strong understanding of pricing models, financial analysis, and data-driven decision-making.

2-3 years of experience coaching or mentoring team members in a collaborative environment.

Problem-Solving Ability : Strong analytical skills to assess pricing trends, discrepancies, and process improvements.

Customer-Centric Approach : Ability to work directly with customers and internal teams to resolve pricing challenges.

Attention to Detail : Ensuring accuracy and compliance across all pricing functions.

Base salary range : $88,733 - $133,099

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate's qualifications and experience, where appropriate.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Medical / Dental / Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, other personal and professional benefits.
