We are looking for a talented Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Information Officer (CIO) to join our team in Nashville TN-Hybrid (must be in office 3 days a week, Tuesday to Thursday)
The Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Information Officer (CIO) plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of the functions. This role requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the CFO and CIO, including administrative, communication, and project management tasks.
The Executive Assistant will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role may require occasional overtime and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The position is based in the corporate office, with potential for occasional travel.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Administrative Support
- Manage the CFO and CIO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinating, scheduling, and managing conferences, events, and external advisor meetings on behalf of the Filtration Finance leadership team.
- Managing logistics with respect to quarterly and annual earnings releases.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and written communications.
- Maintain confidential files and records.
- Assist with expense reports and budget tracking.
Communication Management
- Act as a liaison between the CFO and CIO and internal/external stakeholders, including board members, investors, and senior management.
- Draft and review communications.
- Coordinate and facilitate effective communication within the finance department and across other departments.
Project Management
- Assist in the planning and execution of financial projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the CFO/CIO.
- Meeting Coordination
- Organize and prepare agendas for executive meetings and board meetings.
- Record meeting minutes and ensure follow-up on action items.

Base salary range: $73,206 to $81,338/year (please note, this is an hourly role)
