Job Description:
Cashiers are the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. You'll handle transactions, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to the overall success of our daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
Take orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system
Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and dietary options
Handle cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions with accuracy
Maintain a clean and organized cashier station
Assist with packaging and preparing to-go orders
Communicate effectively with team members to keep service running smoothly
Qualifications:
Previous cashier or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Rate: $13.00-14.00 tips
