We are seeking a Regional Director Europe to support the Atom Computing Denmark team in ensuring EU customer success, drive ecosystem development, manage EU office operations and support growth initiatives in the EU.
\n- Serve as a senior leader with a local presence to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, understanding and addressing customer needs, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensuring Atom is connected into local quantum ecosystems through networking, sponsorships, workshops, training programs, consortia participation, use-case and research collaborations, etc.
- Streamline and optimize all operational processes to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the European office
- Ensure that all operations comply with local and European regulations, industry standards, and company policies
- Assist in achieving company revenue targets by developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to the European market
- Increase brand awareness and visibility in the European market through targeted marketing campaigns, industry events, and strategic partnerships
- Promote and drive innovation within European operations by encouraging new ideas, leveraging cutting-edge technology, and staying abreast of industry developments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the technology industry.
- Strong understanding of the European market, with experience in business development and market expansion.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel frequently within Europe and to the United States as needed.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one additional European language.
