Job Description:
As a Catering Manager at ATOM Hospitality, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our catering operations. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing catering events, both on and off-site. This role requires a passion for hospitality, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
· Work closely with clients to understand their catering needs and preferences
· Plan and oversee catering events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly
· Coordinate with the culinary team to create customized menus
· Manage event logistics, including staffing, equipment, and supplies
· Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise during events
· Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
· Maintain accurate records of event details, expenses, and client communication
· Collaborate with the sales team to drive business growth and client retention
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in catering or event management is required
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
· Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and event planning software
· Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
· Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is a plus
