Chief Medical Officer, Atom Therapeutics
Atom Therapeutics is a biopharmaceutical company focused on new drug development. We are currently seeking a qualified, highly motivated, experienced individual for Chief Medical Officer. This is an in-office position and reports to the CEO. The location is in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop Clinical Development plan, evaluate the scientific and clinical viability of potential products, and provide crucial input during product development. Possess clinical expertise, understand regulatory requirements, and have the ability to design and oversee clinical trials. Assess benefit-risk profile of drug candidates. Oversee adverse event reporting and manage safety data. Establish communications with regulatory authorities. Establish relationships with KOLs, physicians and stakeholders. Represent Atom at scientific and industry meetings, presenting clinical trials results and distinguishing the company as an innovator. Lead and manage all preclinical and clinical development programs.
Interact with Atom’s BOD as necessary and assist in financing by presenting to potential investors and potential collaboration partners.
