Position Objective:

Serve as a key member of the ProS team and all ATOMIC productions; managing the details of day to day and on-site operations.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Create and maintain production documents including but not limited to:

  • Petty Cash Report, Contact Sheet, Radio Lists, Credential Lists

2. Assist in budgeting process and work within budgets over the course of the project.

3. Oversee Production Assistants (PA’s) including time management and assigning tasks.

4. Oversee the Production Office including:

  • Setting up on-site office with furniture and supplies and equipment
  • Manage credential desk
  • Manage or assist with crew catering / craft services
  • Manage rentals and schedule of runners / vehicles
  • Coordinate usage of street with street team

5. Administrate ProS payroll including set up and management of PA’s interface with CAPS.

6. Creation of the final Production Binder which includes all schedules, invoices, etc.

When not working on a project, the PC will assist the ProS team with client development, vendor and venue research, database management and other duties. This is a salaried position, with the expectation of working the hours necessary to get the job done.

Organizational Relationships:

  • For general operations the Production Coordinator reports to the Senior Producer. On projects, the Production Coordinator reports to the Production Manager.
  • The Production Coordinator works closely with the Producer, Production Manager and other members of the production team including vendors and clients. PA’s will report to the

Production Coordinator.

Credentials and Desired Experience:

  • Experience in the live event industry.
  • Experience working with brand communications and project management.

  • CPR training beneficial but not required.
  • Maintain a valid passport.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
  • Work on site often goes long hours, can require a great deal of standing.

Work Environment:

  • This position is based in New York, NY in a typical office environment.
  • Travel will be required.
  • Job sites will be both indoor and outdoor locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Salary : $60,000 - $85,000
