Atomic Golf aims to take golf entertainment to a new level in Las Vegas! A bigger, better, bolder brand of golf entertainment, Atomic Golf will feature 100,000 square feet of electrified fun, where the best elements of the game fuse together with great food, colorful drinks, and an engaging atmosphere unlike any other.

Located steps from the famed Las Vegas Strip, the flagship location of Atomic Golf will feature four distinct floors, 103 digitally enhanced golfing bays, six full-service bars, a chef-curated menu with elevated, made-from-scratch food and beverage offerings, and much more. Set to open in Q1 of 2024, Atomic Golf is seeking enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated individuals to join the team as Guest Services Associates, for its grand opening and beyond.

As part of Atomic Golf's Guest Services team, you will serve as a Lobby Host, Greeter, and Retail Associate, where you will be the friendly face that ensures each guest feels welcome and enjoys a memorable, one-of-a-kind visit. Lobby Hosts and Greeters will set the tone for the Atomic Golf experience by extending a warm and friendly welcome to arriving guests, while assisting with check-in and reservations.

Key Guest Services Associate responsibilities include :

• Collaborating seamlessly with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional guest journey.
• Providing information about the Atomic Golf facilities and services.
• Answering guest inquiries regarding Atomic Golf games, pricing, and promotions.
• Skillfully managing and resolving guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and dedication.
• Maintaining the lobby and guest areas, ensuring they are clean, organized, and presentable.
• Being a crucial part of special events, parties, and corporate gatherings.

Retail Associates will engage guests in the Atomic Golf retail area, assisting them in finding the perfect Atomic Golf merchandise. Additional responsibilities include :
