About Our Client
Our client is a U.S.-based legal services / law firm working with businesses with large immigrant workforces. They partner with companies in industries like healthcare, technology, construction, manufacturing, and logistics to help them navigate workforce challenges and compliance requirements.
They are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to drive new business, secure corporate partnerships, and expand revenue opportunities.
If you have experience in enterprise sales, business development, or HR solutions —this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Identify and target industries with large immigrant workforces within key industries such as healthcare, technology, and logistics.
Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire enterprise-level clients.
Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts , ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers such as HR, legal, and executive teams.
Develop service packages, negotiate contracts, and track sales performance to meet revenue targets.
Represent the company at industry events , networking opportunities, and trade conferences.
Is This You?
Fluent in Spanish & English (spoken and written).
5 years of enterprise sales or business development experience.
Proven track record of closing high-value corporate contracts.
Skilled in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills , especially with C-level executives and HR leaders.
Experienced with CRM systems like LawRuler, MyCase, SalesForce , or Hubspot.
Bonus : If you are familiar with government immigration policies (e.g., VAWA, T-Visa, H-1B, I-9 compliance).
Bonus : If you have any background in compliance consulting, regulatory audits, or risk management , within law firms, HR consulting, or workforce solutions .
