Job Type: Part-time / Full-time
Pay: 2.13 tips ($75-$300 per shift range shift volume varies)
Schedule: Evenings, Weekends, Flexible hours (Schedule Example: Mon 3-11pm, Wed 9pm-3am, Sat 1pm-9pm)

We’re looking for a bartender who thrives in a high-energy, guest-focused environment and is ready to have fun while making money.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately
- Guide guests through decisions about our food menu
- Provide friendly, attentive service to all guests
- Maintain cleanliness, restock bar supplies, and follow opening/closing checklists
- Ensure consistent execution of house cocktail recipes
- Uphold safety and alcohol compliance procedures
- Collaborate with the team to create a smooth, fast-paced bar flow
- Assist in creating a fun, welcoming environment for guests and team members
What We’re Looking For:
- 21 with bartending experience preferred (we’ll train the right person)
- Excellent multitasking and communication skills
- Strong sense of urgency and situational awareness
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods
- Availability on evenings and weekends
- A great Atomic Johnny’s bartender is friendly but fast, keeps their cool under pressure, and knows how to read a room.
