It will feature an 80’s retro vibe with its décor, video games, menu names, and complete vibe. Featuring a sports bar side and dining side, Atomic Kitchen will focus on mostly scratch-made food. Signature items will be smash burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, and gourmet grilled cheese
Job Title: Front of House Manager
Job Overview: The front-of-house manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front-of-house area within Atomic Kitchen. This role involves managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise front-of-house staff, including hosts, servers, and bartenders.
- Create work schedules and manage staff performance.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve service standards.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by monitoring service quality.
- Address guest complaints and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Foster a positive and welcoming environment for all guests.
- Operational Oversight:
- Manage the front-of-house operations, including reservations, seating, and guest flow.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
- Monitor dining room cleanliness and organization.
- Financial Management:
- Assist in developing and managing the front-of-house budget.
- Monitor sales and labor costs, implementing cost-control measures as needed.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Marketing and Promotions:
- Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing strategies and promotions.
- Organize special events and ensure effective promotion to enhance guest experience.
- Maintain relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
- Health and Safety Compliance:
