About Our Client

A U.S.-based immigration organization that provides top-tier solutions related to the workforce. They aim to position themselves in immigrant rights and advocacy for communities.

They are looking for a Multimedia Content Producer & Manager to create engaging, high-impact multimedia content across digital platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook.

If you have experience in multimedia content creation, video production, and digital media strategies—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Content Creation & Video Production

  • YouTube & Long-Form Video Production: collaborate with the copywriter to script, and oversee the production of high-quality digital content that educates, informs, and inspires audiences about immigration.
  • Short-Form Video Execution: Produce engaging Instagram Reels, TikTok clips, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn videos optimized for high engagement and reach.
  • Storytelling Excellence: Transform legal topics into emotionally compelling narratives, making immigration law digestible, impactful, and relatable.
  • AI-Powered Content Optimization: Utilize AI-driven editing and production tools to enhance efficiency, optimize video engagement, and streamline content workflows.
  • Content Strategy & Social Growth
  • Trend Spotting & Platform Expertise: Stay ahead of YouTube, social media, and digital content trends, ensuring The Mendoza Firm leads the industry in multimedia storytelling.
  • Cross-Platform Content Repurposing: Take long-form content (e.g., podcasts, white papers, interviews, legal seminars) and convert them into viral short-form clips, listicles, and interactive social content.
  • Pre-Production & Creative Development
  • Concept Development & Scripting: Collaborate with marketing leadership to brainstorm and develop must-watch video concepts that align with The Mendoza Firm’s mission and audience needs.
  • Pre-Production Management: Oversee storyboarding, shot lists, filming logistics, and scheduling for all content.
  • Full Film Days: Coordinate 2 monthly film days with the CEO and the production team to batch-create high-quality content.
  • Production Management & Execution
  • Oversee Filming & Direct Production: Collaborate with the CMO to manage the on-set production process, ensuring professional-grade cinematography, sound, and lighting.
  • Edit & Finalize Videos: Use industry-standard editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and AI-powered editing tools to cut, enhance, and optimize content.
  • Visual & Motion Graphics: Incorporate dynamic motion graphics, legal infographics, and engaging subtitles to elevate content quality.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Collaborate with marketing team to track content engagement metrics and optimize video formats, storytelling structures, and CTAs to improve watch time, shares, and conversion rates.
  • SEO & Video Ranking: Collaborate with marketing team to optimize videos for YouTube SEO, ensuring strong keyword usage, engaging thumbnails, and compelling hooks.
  • Iterate & Improve: Regularly analyze what’s working, what’s not, and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize content impact.

Is This You?

  • Fluent in Spanish & English (spoken and written).
  • 5 years of experience in video production, digital storytelling, and multimedia content creation.
  • Proven results in creating engaging social-first content across platforms.
  • Skilled in video editing and using AI-powered multimedia tools (e.g., Runway ML, Descript, Synthesia, ChatGPT-4 Vision).
  • Exceptional storytelling ability, with a portfolio of high-impact content.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and video ranking strategies for YouTube and social media platforms.
  • Bonus: experience in law, advocacy, or nonprofit content is a plus.
