With over twenty-five terminals operating locally throughout the Southeast and Midwest at Atomic Transport, we take pride in being a leading local bulk hauling company based out of Chattanooga, TN with a dedicated fleet of company-owned assets and W2 drivers’ employees that specialize in waste transportation from local transfer stations to landfills. If you are looking for a team to grow with, Atomic Transport is seeking an experienced Driver Recruiter to join out corporate office in Chattanooga, TN.
Job Responsibilities:
- Pre-screen incoming driver candidate applications
- Make/receive outbound & inbound calls
- Conduct phone interviews with applicants to pre-qualify applicants
- Follow up with applicants to advise them of the progress of their application
- Documenting all recruiting activity and status of application in Tenstreet
- Actively recruit Company roles through various advertisement mediums and lead generation.
- Utilize all company resources to complete the Recruiting process (Phone, computer, Internet, etc.)
- Must be able to track and report on all activities on a routine basis, by updating hiring needs spreadsheet.
- Works with Terminal management for staffing needs and requirements.
- Understand each job description and benefits/requirements for open jobs
- Employees may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of Atomic Transport.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in transportation.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of driver recruiting experience.
- Tenstreet experience prefer not required
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s license.
- Ability to multi-task and produce results in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be highly organized and pay close attention to detail.
- Ability to work alone and with a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, general knowledge of mobile device use and applications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year
