We are seeking a dynamic Lead Support Engineer to head our efforts in resolving issues while maintaining and evolving the architecture for Bungalow systems for the future using the latest technologies.

• New Feature Development: engage in the design and development of efficient, reliable, and maintainable software solutions
• Issue Resolution: Lead troubleshooting efforts and resolve complex backend issues to maintain exceptional service for both internal and external users.
• System Reliability: Implement and maintain robust monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to ensure high availability and quick resolution of production issues.
• Architectural Leadership: Oversee the maintenance and continuous improvement of Bungalow’s systems architecture, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• AI Integrations: research, evaluate, and implement AI tools to enhance documentation, refactor codebase, improve code quality, support processes, and other opportunities.
• Automating the documentation processes for team members streamlining inefficient code. developing an AI bot for immediate engineering support and other opportunities
• Operational Partnership: Collaborate with the operations team to proactively identify and resolve recurring issues, implement monitoring solutions, ensure seamless frontend/backend integration, and develop automated remediation processes

• Systems Expert: A professional adept at creating and managing database schemas and API structures that support and enhance business operations.  Proven track record in successfully refactoring and modernizing legacy codebases & experience implementing and managing monitoring and alerting systems
• Multitasker: You excel in managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment while maintaining high attention to detail.

• Backend: Python, Django, GraphQL, and REST APIs.
• Database: Postgres for database management.

Salary : $140,000 - $175,000
