You’ll own and streamline processes across HR, recruiting, finance, and office management—keeping our operations smooth as we scale.
What We’re Looking For
- HR & Recruiting – Manage onboarding, benefits, and hiring to attract and retain top talent.
- Finance & Admin – Support payroll, expense management, and budgeting.
- People Ops Strategy – Implement scalable systems to support company growth.
- Office & Culture – Ensure our workspace (virtual or physical) is productive and engaging.
- Optimization – Creating systems and finding tools to simplify processes.
- Support the Engineering Team - Help the engineering team with vendor relationships
- Mission-Motivated – Caring about the company's broader goals, even if the work isn’t always glamorous.
- Strong Communication – Being responsive and communicating clearly and helpfully.
- Obsessed about Automation – You automate and move on to the next task.
