About the Role
As our Mortgage Loan Processor, you’ll be the crucial connection point between borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and closing teams. You’ll ensure that each loan file is accurate, complete, and ready to close on time—delivering exceptional service with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Review and verify mortgage loan applications for accuracy and completeness

Communicate with borrowers to collect and clarify required documentation

Coordinate with underwriters, loan officers, appraisers, and title companies

Order and review appraisals, credit reports, title work, and verifications

Prepare and submit loan files for underwriting within established timelines

Monitor loan status and proactively provide updates to clients and team members

Ensure loans meet all regulatory requirements (TRID, FHA, VA, USDA, etc.)

Support smooth closings by coordinating logistics with attorneys and escrow agents

Maintain clean, organized, and compliant digital loan files

Provide excellent customer service and post-closing support as needed
What You Bring

Bi-lingual Spanish/English required

Prior experience in mortgage loan processing (2 years preferred)

Familiarity with FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional loans

Proficiency with mortgage software systems and Microsoft Office

Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
