Financial Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day financial operations

- Review and approve necessary financial filings
- Report financial results to the President and management
- Provide key financial data to support management decisions
- Manage transaction processing systems
- Coordinate hedge commitments with secondary parties
- Implement accounting best practices and SOPs
- Oversee financial software operations
- Manage general ledger accounts and ensure GAAP compliance
Funding:
- Monitor cash balances and forecasts, coordinating with the Atonne CFO
- Track Warehouse Line and needs
HR Responsibilities:
- Oversee new hire process, onboarding, and exit strategies
- Develop and implement HR strategies and goals across the company
- Manage HRIS system and maintain accurate personnel records
- Track employee relations, leave management, performance management, job descriptions, and benefits administration
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees
- Prioritize workplace issues and find resolutions
Planning:
- Implement strategic business plans
- Coordinate financial and tax strategies with the CFO
- Manage capital requests and budgeting processes
- Develop performance measures aligned with the company's direction
Risk Management:
- Understand and mitigate key risk elements
- Construct and monitor control systems
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate record-keeping for auditors and government agencies
- Report risk issues to the President
- Maintain relationships with external auditors and investigate their findings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
- 7 years of accounting/finance experience, including HR leadership roles
- Strong understanding of both domains

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
