Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking and solution-oriented CTO to shape the technological landscape for public sector clients. The CTO will be responsible for leading solution design, ensuring the alignment of architectures with customer-specific visions, and guiding the continuous transformation of their organizations. This includes leveraging industry-specific engineering and delivery capabilities to deliver tailored solutions while driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Delivery: Oversee the development and implementation of technology solutions, ensuring they align with the strategic goals and needs of public sector clients. Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions that transform their operations and improve service delivery.
• Strategic Architecture & Policy Compliance: Lead the definition and deployment of solutions and architectures across public sector accounts, ensuring alignment with Atos policies and best practices wherever possible.
• Industry-Specific Engineering Expertise: Utilize deep knowledge of the public sector industry to apply engineering and delivery capabilities, bridging the gap between client requirements and innovative technological solutions.
• Gap Identification & Solution Development: Identify gaps in current offerings and emerging market needs, proposing new and relevant solutions and services to keep Atos at the forefront of technological advancements.
• Quality Assurance & Risk Mitigation: Take ownership of solution reviews, ensuring high standards of quality and mitigating risks in complex projects and programs. Act as the design authority, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest technical standards.
• Innovation & Technical Strategy: Contribute to the evolution of Atos' technical strategy and innovation processes. Implement developments within the organization, applying them to the specific needs of the public sector industry to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in technology leadership roles, preferably in the public sector or related industries.
• Expertise in solution design, system architecture, and delivery within large-scale, complex organizations.
• Strong understanding of public sector challenges and the ability to deliver industry-specific solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage risks and ensure the successful implementation of innovative technology solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of an organization.
