About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Azure Data Platform & Gen AI Expert - Blackbelt to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge data solutions leveraging the power of Cloud, Azure Data Platform and Generative AI. You will act as a thought leader, guiding our organization in maximizing the value of data through advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI / ML-powered applications.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and implementation of data solutions :

o Architect and build scalable, high-performance data pipelines on the Azure platform, including data ingestion, transformation, storage, and processing.

o Leverage Azure services such as MS Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Functions and Power BI to build robust and efficient data & analytical solutions.

o Integrate Generative AI models (e.g., GPT, DALL-E 2) into data pipelines and applications to enhance data analysis, improve decision-making, and automate tasks.

o Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Azure, data engineering, and Generative AI technologies.

o Conduct research and evaluate new technologies and tools to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

o Develop and implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance within the Azure ecosystem.

o Provide expert guidance and consultation to stakeholders on data architecture, data engineering, and AI / ML strategies.

o Evaluate and recommend optimal architectures and solutions for complex data challenges.

o Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements within the data platform.

o Develop and finalize implementation roadmaps for data projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

o Mentor junior data engineers and data scientists on best practices and technologies.

o Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., data science, business analysts, software engineers) to deliver successful data projects.

Qualifications :

o Deep understanding of core Azure data services (e.g., Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Databricks, Cosmos DB, Functions, Storage).

o Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable and performant data pipelines and solutions on the Azure platform.

o Must have successfully completed Microsoft Azure Community Champions program.

o In-depth knowledge of Generative AI models and their applications (e.g., GPT, DALL-E 2, Bard).

o Experience in integrating Generative AI models into data pipelines and applications.

o Expertise in data engineering best practices, including data modeling, data quality, data governance, and data security.

o Strong programming skills in Python and other relevant languages (e.g., Scala, SQL).

o Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

o Ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into effective data solutions.

o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
