We’re looging Data Center Operations Hardware Hosting to provide onsite Support to the Charlotte North Carolina area.

What Will You Be Doning

• Mentoring and training of hardware services team.
• Vendor management.
• Development and adherence to best practices in the data center (DC).
• Technical assistance during internal and customer calls.
• Developing hardware installation plans in the DC.
• Involvement in new business opportunities.
• Investigation and implementation of new hardware technologies.
• Managing hardware inventory and coordinating with vendors.
• Analyzing trends for continuous improvement.
• Maintaining and auditing the CMDB.
• Supporting hardware installation and troubleshooting.
  
  
  

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred Associate degree in IT and 2 years of experience.
  
  
  

Skills

• Communication, and time management.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.

• 24/7/365 support.
• Planning and executing hardware installations and changes in the data center.
• Managing inventory and conducting audits.
