As a Warranty Operations Assistant, your primary objective will be to support the Warranty Service Director in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks while gaining a comprehensive understanding of the warranty department’s service dispatching, technical support, and product knowledge. This role provides an opportunity to learn and grow within the company through hands-on training, collaboration, and mentorship.
Responsibilities:
· Support the Warranty Service Director by managing administrative tasks, including timesheet handling, meetings coordination, and other routine paperwork.
· Learn the service dispatching and customer technical support processes within the warranty department to develop expertise in both areas.
· Collaborate closely with the Research & Development (R&D) team to stay informed about new product launches and updates, ensuring accurate and up-to-date warranty support.
· Support warranty-related reporting, data entry, and strategic planning initiatives.
· Communicate professionally with customers via phone and email, addressing warranty-related inquiries and escalating issues when necessary.
· Assist in developing and improving department processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
· Participate in cross-departmental meetings and training sessions to broaden knowledge of company operations.
· Contribute to creating and implementing action plans to meet targeted departmental goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
· 1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferred but not required.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer service and professionalism.
· Ability to work collaboratively across departments and adapt to new challenges.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn new software as needed.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow within the company.
Preferred Skills:
· Proficiency in Mandarin preferred.
· Familiarity with service dispatch or technical support operations is a plus.
· A proactive approach to process improvement and problem resolution.

Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
