Duties

- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, ensuring the safety of individuals on-site.
- Enforce security policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to report incidents or suspicious activities.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage to property.
- Manage conflicts effectively through de-escalation techniques and conflict management skills.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities for record-keeping purposes.
