We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Technician to join our team. This role involves performing various lawn care tasks, including mowing, irrigation, and groundskeeping, to maintain high standards of outdoor aesthetics.
Duties
- Perform regular mowing and trimming of lawns to achieve a neat appearance.
- Conduct landscape maintenance activities, including planting, weeding, and mulching.
- Assist in groundskeeping tasks such as leaf removal and debris cleanup.
- Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of lawns and landscapes.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate lawn care equipment safely and efficiently.
- Dig holes for planting trees or shrubs as needed.
- Carry out tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and enhance appearance.
- Monitor the health of plants and lawns, identifying any issues that require attention.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition through regular cleaning and servicing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to operate various landscaping tools and machinery.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with irrigation systems is a plus.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within scheduled timelines.
- A valid driver's license may be required for transportation between job sites.
