What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Office Manager position at ATP Industries?
Daily activities may include but are not limited to:
· Answering incoming phone calls for all ATP Industries related business.
· Entering invoices and receipts into the company ERP system
· Scanning and filing documents in the company server
· Communicating regularly with customers and suppliers via telephone and e-mail.
· Submitting quotes for various projects to our customers.
· Ordering of office and shop supplies for the facility as needed.
· Assisting with issuing supplier PO's as needed
· Working with people in all areas of the business including other manufacturing locations.
Other considerations:
- Degree in business or similar preferred but not required.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or related field
- Positive attitude, friendly and up beat
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional in dealing customers, suppliers and other employees
- Good time management, planning and organizational skills
- Excellent computer skills required
- Knowledge of E2 Shop System a big plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
