What are the responsibilities and job description for the Transportation Management Software (TMS) Dispatcher position at ATP Logistics?
We are a growing trucking company (TL, LTL) looking for a highly dedicated, detail-oriented, bilingual (Spanish-English) team member for our Dispatching Department. This office position will be responsible for all aspects of driver transports, within a team setting, from the receipt of a new order to the final delivery of product. Core duties include accurate data entry and follow through of dispatch sales orders within our TMS software, monitoring and tracking company vehicles as well as receiving and transmitting information with company truck drivers and loading and delivery locations to ensure timely and smooth operations.
Preferred candidates will have an understanding of transportation management software (TMS), experience with logistics and supply chain management and knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance.
All candidates should have a high proficiency in data entry, analysis and reporting, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, strong multitasking abilities, the ability to work independently and as part of a team and attention to detail and accuracy.
$60,000-$70,000 DOE. PTO.
Salary/Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
